Bill,

Thank you for bringing EveryTweet to the attention of our readers. In a very difficult economic environment, firms need to look at all tools available, and creating a Twitter strategy may mean the difference between two vendors. In any event, it can boost client communication and ultimately, retention. It doesn't hurt to give clients reason to believe that they made the right choice, both for their immediate needs and for long-term relationships.

Twitter is a fascinating tool and rapidly becoming a viable tool for marketing and PR. It is more than just the banal experience it is perceived to be. People are using it to get the word out about their companies as well as their personal "brands" (for bloggers and thought leaders.) We built a simple little web interface called Everytweet.com (<a href="http://www.everytweet.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.everytweet.com</a>) that is a fascinating glimpse into the banal and seriousness of Twitter. Just go and watch for about 3 minutes and you will get a real taste of the breadth and depth of Twitter.
